Security Deposit and Fee Schedule

All rental property listings are subject to the following fees and deposits. A security deposit, pet fee, and other housing fees are all things to consider if you are looking at rental properties. Any additional fees or adjustments will be listed in the property’s description.

• The application fee is per person over 18
• A refundable Security Deposit is typically equal to the monthly rent
• There is a nonrefundable Cleaning Fee
• There is a $100 Administration Fee
• Pet approval is on a case-by-case basis. Pet Fees apply.  Please note: Some units do not accept pets.
